• All digital products sold via Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) are subject to Amazon’s own return and refund policies.

• Amazon allows customers to return Kindle eBooks within 7 days of purchase if the book has not been substantially read or downloaded.

• Refunds, returns, or exchanges for KDP products must be handled directly through Amazon’s platform.

• We do not process refunds or returns for KDP products on our website.

2 Products Sold Directly on VaraWish™ (Excel Templates)

• Excel templates sold directly through our website are digital downloads; therefore, all sales are final and non-refundable.

• Refunds will only be considered if the product is defective, corrupted, or materially different from the description on our website.

• If you experience any issues with your Excel template purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at varawishteam@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the problem.

• Upon verification, we may offer a replacement file or a refund at our discretion.

• For Excel templates purchased directly, email us at varawishteam@gmail.com with your order number and detailed issue.

• We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.

• Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

• Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.
